01Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, and bots are not permitted to hold AceWin66 member accounts.

AceWin66 reserves the right to request age verification and identity documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until the verification is completed.

03Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one AceWin66 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to benefit from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. AceWin66 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering your AceWin66 account, you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and residential address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. AceWin66 may require you to verify your identity at any time.

3.2 Account Security

Your AceWin66 account login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact AceWin66 support immediately. AceWin66 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your AceWin66 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses may be closed with the bonus and any associated winings removed.

04Deposits and Payments

AceWin66 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at AceWin66 may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction in the deposit section of your account. Deposits that fall below the applicable minimum will not be processed and funds will be returned to the source payment method.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits made to your AceWin66 account must be funded from a payment source that belongs to you in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning payments originating from a GCash, Maya, or bank account that is not registered to the same individual as the AceWin66 account — are not permitted and may trigger a compliance review.

4.3 Processing Times

Most deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your AceWin66 balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. AceWin66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

05Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available AceWin66 account balance at any time, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied and no active investigations or holds being placed on your account.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals at AceWin66 are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

5.2 Verification Requirements

AceWin66 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Withdrawal requests will be held pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

06Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Abuse

AceWin66 maintains the right to void bonuses and any winings generated from them if we determine that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will expire after the time period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your AceWin66 balance. No extension will be granted after expiry.

07Gameplay Rules

All games available at AceWin66 — including slots, live casino, Color Game, poker, sports betting, fishing games, and esports betting — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or category on the AceWin66 platform.

7.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption that affects game or bet outcome at AceWin66, the platform reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the member's account balance. AceWin66 is not liable to honour bets or outcomes that arose as a direct result of a technical fault.

7.2 Disconnection

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay at AceWin66, the game session will be recorded in the state it was in at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, your session will resume from that saved state. AceWin66 is not responsible for losses arising from disconnections caused by your device, internet service provider, or local network.

7.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on AceWin66 are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is confirmed. Pre-match odds are locked at confirmation. AceWin66 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error, where a match is abandoned, or where settlement data is unavailable from the official source.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the AceWin66 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible referal to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point while using AceWin66.

• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live casino games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting using non-public information in relation to sports or esports events offered on AceWin66.
• Money laundering or any use of AceWin66's payment infrastructure to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Charging back any deposit made to AceWin66 via credit or debit card after those funds have been wagered or withdrawn.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at AceWin66 staff or other members.

09Account Suspension and Termination

AceWin66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements or provide requested verification documents.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• At the request of the account holder for self-exclusion purposes.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. AceWin66 will contact the registered email before applying any dormancy fee or closure to a dormant account.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, AceWin66 may retain any balance remaining in the account as a partial offset against damages or costs incurred. In cases where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to the member's conduct — such as withdrawal from a market — AceWin66 will return the available balance to the member through their registered payment method.

10Privacy and Data Protection

AceWin66 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the AceWin66 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Your personal data at AceWin66 is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the platform experience. 11Responsible Gaming

AceWin66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the AceWin66 platform.

AceWin66 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for service downtime arising from maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

13Changes to These Terms

AceWin66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file or through a notice displayed prominently on the AceWin66 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the AceWin66 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change to the Terms, your remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 3.3.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
